Private Event and Wedding Coordinator
Based in the Richmond upon Thames area
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum plus bonus and generous benefits
Full time permanent position (on-site)
We’re looking for a Private Event and Wedding Coordinator, on behalf of our client, a renowned venue nestled within a picturesque setting. The role involves selling the event space and coordinating a variety of events, including weddings, private parties, and corporate meetings. You will also support sales activities for the Members Club.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct show rounds of the Garden Rooms for weddings, meetings, private parties, Christmas parties, etc. with a pro-active selling technique
2. To carry out all administrative tasks for the Sales and Events Department and to assist the Sales & Events Manager with sales and marketing aspects of the role
3. To ensure all events are sold in the agreed terms for the organisation
4. To ensure that all event details are always fully up to date.
5. To ensure all financial transactions are in line with the organisation’s policies and procedures.
6. To ensure that all departments receive function sheets, table plans and any other stationery prior to the event.
