1. Manage the full purchase ledger process, from invoice receipt to payment runs
2. Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
3. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
4. Assist with month-end tasks and reporting
5. Support internal teams with purchase order and payment queries
6. Ensure all workplies with financial controls and audit requirements
About You:
7. Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role
8. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
9. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and finance systems
10. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
