We’re looking for an experienced HR leader to join our client on a 12-month fixed term contract. You’ll oversee a team of 12, ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, and work closely with the new Organisation Design Manager to deliver workforce and cultural change programmes.
Key priorities
* Workforce planning & resourcing – Develop and implement a workforce plan. Keep vacancy rates within agreed thresholds and reduce reliance on agency/temporary staff.
* Business intelligence & reporting – Provide accurate workforce data and dashboards to senior leadership. Introduce predictive analytics to improve workforce forecasting.
* Organisational development – Deliver agreed OD programmes, such as leadership development and cultural change. Drive year-on-year improvements in employee engagement.
* Employee relations – Resolve ER cases quickly and fairly. Reduce formal grievances by using proactive engagement approaches.
* HR services – Ensure recruitment, onboarding and HR processing meet service level agreements. Maintain full compliance with employment law and internal audit standards.
* Team leadership – Lead and develop the HR team. Put training and development plans in place, improve HR processes and policies, and create a high-performing, engaged team.
