The Role As a Classroom Support Assistant, you will: Provide consistent, tailored support to pupils with a broad range of needs, including ASD, SLD, PMLD and communication difficulties. Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping them access learning and develop confidence and independence. Assist with personal care, moving and handling, and hoist use where required (training can be provided).
