Locum Consultant Community Paediatrician in Islington
Whittington Health NHS Trust is seeking a 7‑person PA Consultant in Community Paediatrics for 6 months, pending substantive recruitment. Join our Islington Community Paediatrics Team at the Northern Health Centre, Upper Holloway, London. The post covers a variety of community paediatrics responsibilities and offers flexibility for special interests and opportunities to develop clinical interests.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular developmental paediatrics, including an MDT clinic for severe physical disabilities.
* Contribute to the diagnosis of a range of developmental disorders.
* Cover and conduct clinics in special schools.
* Participate on the Child Protection rota with the Camden community consultant team.
* Ideally cover the Named Dr role for Safeguarding (not mandatory).
