We are looking for a Cleaner to join our Estates Team at Applegarth Close in Sheffield on a part-time, permanent basis. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 11am. As a Cleaner, you will report to the Estate Manager and be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in the communal areas at our over 55s housing scheme in Sheffield. You will provide an efficient cleaning service, ensuring that communal areas are cleaned to a high specification What we are looking for We are a customer-focused organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only be an experienced cleaner, ideally with previous experience of cleaning within housing schemes, but you will also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. You will also be able to demonstrate: Proven experience of cleaning to excellent standards. Proven experience in operating cleaning equipment, including electrical items such as vacuum cleaners. Proven ability to record and pass on information accurately and in a timely manner. Previous experience of stock control of cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals. Ability to report and schedule any repairs needs. Proven ability to provide excellent customer service. Able to demonstrate Guinness Behaviours Desirable: Previous experience of cleaning in a residential setting. Knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements. Appreciation of the differing needs of diverse individuals and communities.
