We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Fraud Analyst / Spanish Speaker who is fluent in oral and written Spanish or Italian, with solid analytical skills, good attention to detail, and good knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel.
Working as the Fraud Analyst / Spanish Speaker, you will use the company’s anti-fraud protocols to protect the company and its stakeholders from fraud and error, while maintaining efficient customer transactions.
You will be responsible for investigating new customer accounts using various fraud prevention tools.

DUTIES
* Investigate new customer accounts using fraud prevention tools
* Perform email checks and identify potential risks according to internal guidelines
* Detect new fraud techniques and highlight risks to minimize them
* Participate in ad hoc projects driven by business needs
* Record and update account information with high attention to detail
* Review daily transactions in line with regulations and risks
* Handle suspicious accounts and events per company procedures
* Review customer documentation and KYC checks across jurisdictions
* Prevent financial losses due to fraudulent activities
* Contribute to team goals by meeting KPIs and SLAs
* Maintain procedures for high-risk transaction identification
* Suggest system and process improvements
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Italian (written and verbal)
* Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities
* Proactive attitude
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
* Knowledge of the betting industry
* Interest in online gaming
