Road Freight Export Manager Required!
Our client is a well-established freight forwarding and logistics provider, specialising in European road transport and supply chain solutions.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Road Freight Export Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of their road freight export department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating export shipments, managing trailer planning and capacity, and ensuring efficient, and cost-effective transport solutions between the UK and European partners.
Package:
* Salary £45,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
* 20 days holiday plus bank
* Working hours 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Fully in office)

Road Freight Export Manager - Responsibilities:
1. Oversee end-to-end road freight export operations, coordinating with customers, warehouses, drivers, and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
2. Plan and allocate trailers, optimise utilisation, and manage loading schedules to maximise efficiency and reduce empty mileage.
3. Monitor shipments, proactively resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
4. Supervise and support the export operations team, providing guidance on planning, routing, and problem-solving.
