Deskside Technician - Level 1 Location: onsite in Marlow Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 A Global Infrastructure Consultancy is looking for a junior Deskside / 1st Line Technician to join their onsite support team. Key Responsibilities * Basic hardware repair (warranty & non‑warranty) * PC lifecycle tasks and asset management * Installations, moves, and changes * Deskside software support * Smart Hands assistance * VIP support * Conferencing and event support Required Skills * Some experience with PC hardware/software, network, or print support * Good customer service and communication skills * Ability to prioritise tasks and stay organised * Comfortable using ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar) * Willingness to act as Smart Hands for network/print equipment * Keen to learn and grow within the role We're specifically looking for a junior, Level 1 technician, but we're open to meeting standout candidates who may sit slightly above this level.
