Role:
Rental Advisor
Salary: £25,000 + commission
Location: Rotherham (S60)
Hours: Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00, Alternate Saturdays: 09:00 – 16:00 (with early finish the following Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
7. Acting as the first point of contact for all rental enquiries
8. Managing the full hire process, from booking creation through to termination
9. Processing rental bookings and contracts using a rental management system
10. Managing a shared inbox and responding to customer enquiries
11. Coordinating with workshop and valeting teams to ensure vehicles are prepared, compliant and ready for collection
12. Reconciling customer payments and deposits
13. Processing damage invoices and additional customer charges
14. Maintaining accurate fleet data across internal systems
15. Conducting daily fleet checks and audits
16. Supporting vehicle acquisition and defleet processes
17. Assisting with sales ledger administration for lease customers
18. Supporting reporting for weekly and monthly management reports
19. Identifying opportunities to convert enquiries into confirmed rentals
The Successful Candidate:
20. Strong organisational and administrative skills
21. Excellent customer service and communication abilities
22. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
23. High attention to detail and accuracy
24. Proactive and problem-solving mindset
25. Experience in vehicle rental, fleet management, or automotive administration (preferred but not essential)
