Bright Selection is recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to manage a purpose built nursing and residential home specialising in dementia care in the Blackburn area.

Requirements:
·General management experience coupled with a passion for elderly care
·Knowledge of CQC legislation and guidelines
·Experience of leading, supporting and developing care teams
·Strong planning and organisational skills that deliver high quality care outcomes
·Budget management experience
·Experienced in leading teams in delivering personalised dementia care
·Creative, caring, innovative and passionate about high quality care
Responsibilities include:
·Registered Manager CQC Registration
·Reporting to Directors
·Regular audit to ensure the home is fully compliant and operating well and that there is a consistent delivery of person-centred care to every resident
·Leadership and management of all recruitment, supervision and professional development for all roles within the home
·Ensure effective communication with residents, relatives, staff and other healthcare professionals
·Budget management working to financial KPIs to achieve growth and commercial success
Contract, Remuneration and benefits:
·£70,000
·40hrs per week
·Annual leave 25 days plus bank holidays
