Job Description

I amseeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist with expertise in Vertical Machining Centers (VMC). The ideal candidate will also possess a strong engineering background, enabling them to understand complex technical drawings, optimize machining processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring the production of high-precision components to exact specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Set up, program, and operate CNC Vertical Machining Centers using Heidenhain controls.
* Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs to improve efficiency, quality, and cycle times.
* Select appropriate tooling and workholding methods to achieve required tolerances and surface finishes.
* Perform in-process inspection and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
* Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges.
* Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines and associated equipment.
Requirements:
