Vision for Education are recruiting for a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in the Stroud area.
This Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant role is ideal for graduates looking to apply their knowledge of behaviour, development, communication, and mental health within a school environment while making a real difference to students' lives.
About the Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant role:
1. Supporting students in lessons, in small groups, and on a 1:1 basis
2. Working with pupils who may have SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD, or additional learning needs
3. Helping students develop confidence, engagement, and positive learning behaviours
4. Supporting emotional wellbeing and promoting positive relationships
5. Working closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and SEND staff
6. Flexible opportunities including supply and longer-term placements
