Are you an experienced Architectural Technologist, Technician orPart 1 / Part 2 Architectural Assistant ready to take the next step in your career? Our team is looking for motivated professionals who can run projects confidently from concept through to completion.
About Us
At Design Development Ltd, we’re a forward-thinking architectural practice delivering well-resolved design across the residential, healthcare, education, leisure, commercial, and industrial sectors.
The Role
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has 5+ years’ experience in an architectural role
* Is confident in project running – managing work across all RIBA stages
* Works fluently with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar
* Has experience preparing and submitting planning and/or building control applications
* Is detail-focused, proactive, and a strong communicator
