A dynamic, forward-thinking multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Birmingham team. The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role This well-established practice delivers projects from inception to completion for a broad mix of clients - including registered providers, private developers, pension funds, and commercial investors - with schemes ranging from high-rise apartments and mixed-use developments to industrial units, PRS, and care homes. Project values span from £4m neighbourhoods to £200m landmark developments, offering scope for variety and progression. They operate a flexible hybrid working model, with the Birmingham office open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, so the team typically works in the office 2-3 days a week. With 20 people in the office, including a close-knit team of four Quantity Surveyors, there's a strong focus on developing the QS team and offering clear progression to Associate level for the right person.
