We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in social housing and reactive/planned maintenance to support a busy repairs programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected contractor delivering essential housing services across Devon and Somerset. This is a temporary position until Christmas. Key Responsibilities Manage cost control across responsive and planned repair contracts Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts Liaise with operational teams, subcontractors, and client representatives Ensure commercial compliance and reporting accuracy Support contract mobilisation or close-out as required Requirements Experience in social housing projects HNC or relevant degree DBS check will be required If this is something you'd be interested in, please feel free to apply below!
