The Consumer Marketing Coordinator - Northern Europe will play a pivotal role in supporting the consumer marketing team with marketing activation, including consumer engagement and profitable growth in the Northern Europe region. The role is reporting directly to the Northern Europe Consumer Marketing Lead .
This role will act as a key coordinator and support in aligning our consumer activation and execution with Resmed’s Global and EMEA consumer strategy and objectives.
The Consumer Marketing Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams (product, revenue, consumer and provider marketing) to achieve seamless execution and ensure the consumer activation plans can be rolled out across the Northern Europe region.
Position Description
The Coordinator Consumer Marketing of Northern Europe Consumer Marketing will be responsible for supporting and coordinate the execution of the Northern Europe Consumer plans in various markets according to the direction of Resmed’s EMEA Consumer Marketing strategy. The role will support with, and coordinate, creation and localization of content developed for the consumer audience, including oversight of the internal review and approval processes as well as administration and management of documentation in Resmed’s tools and systems. A combination of coordination excellence, influencing skills and managing complexity across markets is key competence to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
* Manage day-to-day operations, enabling us to execute with excellence, in terms of internal stakeholder communication, and adherence to regional processes and standards.
* Manage the content review and approval process and documentation management.
* Support with administrative tasks like purchase order creation and invoice management.
Customer Experience & Engagement
* Work closely with the Northern Europe Consumer Marketing Lead to coordinate the direct to consumer initiatives and roll out of projects in the region.
