Global Wellbeing and Employee Engagement Lead - 12 month FTC
City: Uxbridge
As our Global Wellbeing and Employee Engagement Lead, you will champion the voice and experience of our people across the organisation. You will be responsible for driving our continuous listening strategy, ensuring that insights, sentiment and employee feedback translate into meaningful action and measurable impact.
Alongside this, you will lead Reckitt’s global wellbeing strategy, delivering the vision, priorities and initiatives that will build a healthier, more resilient and supported workforce. Your work will contribute to our ambition of creating a ‘better life, full stop’ for our people.
This is a 12 month fixed‑term contract starting June 2026 and is location agnostic.
Your responsibilities
* Lead the global continuous listening strategy to strengthen how we capture, interpret and act on employee sentiment at scale, through our Let’s Engage agenda.
* Partner with HR and business leadership to turn insights into targeted interventions that drive engagement and sustainable performance.
* Build a narrative around employee experience, using data‑led storytelling to influence decisions and shape culture.
* Govern global engagement moments, including enterprise‑wide surveys, pulse checks and listening cycles, in close partnership with IT&D and GPS.
* Drive our Global Wellbeing strategy, contributing to creating a better life, full stop, for our people across Reckitt.
* Deliver both primary and secondary solutions to create a culture of wellbeing, ensuring we proactively support individuals and provide in‑the‑moment tools in times of difficulty.
* Drive accessibility and usage of our portfolio of Wellbeing tools and resources across the organisation.
* Partner with the Talent COE and HR to embed wellbeing into ways of working and key interventions such as leadership programmes and inclusion activities.
* Evaluate the impact of wellbeing programmes, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse employee populations.
Leadership & Partnership
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR teams on engagement and wellbeing trends, risks and opportunities.
* Build strong cross‑functional relationships to integrate wellbeing and engagement into organisational priorities, performance conversations and leadership capability.
The experience we're looking for
* Strong experience of leading complex projects, ideally with a strong technology element.
* Proven ability to use data, insights and storytelling to influence senior stakeholders and drive action.
* Experience of designing or implementing rollouts of engagement and wellbeing initiatives within markets or functions.
* Comfortable operating in an agile, fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities across multiple geographies.
* Excellent relationship‑building abilities, comfortable engaging with all organisation levels, including global leadership.
* Skilled in project management within fast‑paced environments, adept at multitasking and prioritising.
