Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for supporting global sales teams? We are looking for a Sales Support Analyst to play a key role in driving our commercial success by delivering exceptional pre- and post-sales support to our international sales team and channel partners.
This position is critical in ensuring a seamless customer experience from lead qualification through to order management and beyond. You’ll be preparing detailed quotations and proposals, processing service and equipment orders, and acting as a key point of contact for commercial documentation and CRM accuracy. You’ll also liaise with channel partners and internal departments to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day pre- and post-sales support for the global sales team.
* Prepare quotations and proposals for configured systems, software, and fee-based services.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders for non-standard quotations to ensure scope and accuracy.
* Enter and process orders from customers and partners into the ERP system.
* Communicate order status updates to internal teams, partners, and customers.
* Ensure compliance with export requirements in partnership with Operations.
* Monitor sources (websites, RFQ boards, notifications) for new sales opportunities.
* Maintain CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) ensuring data integrity and current opportunity status.
* Respond to customer requests for commercial documents (insurance, compliance, legal, etc.).
* Support lead qualification from marketing events, website inquiries, and other channels.
* Assist with supplier registration processes and documentation submissions.
* Participate in Sales Operations projects and process improvements.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Sales Support or Sales Operations role.
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritise competing tasks.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
* CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
Preferred (but not essential)
* Experience working in a global or multi-lingual business environment.
* Familiarity with Doble’s product portfolio or similar technical industries.
* Fluency in an additional language.
