Overview

Fletchers Solicitors Ltd have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Client Care Team. The successful candidate will ensure that our clients are continually at the heart of everything we do by being motivated and enthusiastic about providing excellent client service. They will be responsible for ensuring the best client journey through the stages of a medical negligence case.

Location: Southport / Hybrid

Salary: £22,932 per annum

Main Responsibilities

* Communicating with clients daily, managing and developing relationships with clients via phone, email and Client portal.
* Promoting and signing clients up to the client portal app
* Hitting KPIs / SLAs on a monthly basis
* Liaising with external companies to ensure files progress correctly and efficiently
* Assisting the Client Care Manager with reporting on a weekly basis or as requested
* Being the independent voice while ensuring communication between the client team and other teams, and that the client is regularly updated on case progression and developments
* Understanding of performing ID checks and working with Compliance Team if further information is needed
* Thorough reviewing of files to ensure excellent client service
* Engaging with immediate and wider teams to share client service advice and assistance
* Proactively responding to and resolving client service enquiries from team members and clients
* Identifying and solving problems
* Helping provide training with the Manager of Client Care as required
* Managing own task list

* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner


Desirable Skills And Experience

* Ability to use Microsoft packages and Proclaim
