Reporting to the Home Manager / Chef Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in all aspects of catering within the home for residents and staff, ensuring high-quality service and dining in line with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Delivering varied, nutritious, and appealing menus, considering dietary needs and allergen information, and maintaining records for inspection.
* Enjoying a work schedule that promotes work-life balance with flexible social hours.
* Liaising with approved suppliers to ensure efficient delivery, stock levels, and budget control.
* Assisting with Food Safety Management System, COSHH, and cleaning schedules to meet cleanliness standards.
* Practicing safe working procedures, assessing risks, and ensuring safety for residents, visitors, and staff.
