About Our Client
Our client employ nearly 3,000 people across Europe, over 80 different sites. The role will sit in the Healthcare business unit and will support a dedicated Business Partner in the day to day operations of the HR department, as part of the wider People team.
Job Description
The Junior HR Business Partner will be responsible for:
3. Becoming a trusted Advisor to all line managers, providing guidance on the full employment lifecycle
4. Supporting cyclical HR projects, such as recruitment drives, policy reviews, appraisals and employee satisfaction surveys
5. Managing employee relations cases
6. Dealing with Occupational Health referrals and managing process of outcomes
7. Supporting managers and new starters with complex contract requirements
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Junior HR Business Partner will have the following skills/ qualities:
8. Experience in a generalist HR role
9. A background in a manufacturing/ healthcare/ logistics environment
10. Excellent understanding of contract and employment law

A salary of £40/43,000 dependant on experience, 25 days holiday, healthcare and enhanced pension.
