About the role
As a Leasehold and Homeownership Officer, youll be the go-to expert for our homeowner customers handling a wide range of complex queries around leases, transfers, property management, and service charges. Youll play a vital role in ensuring our customers feel supported, informed, and confident in their homes.
This isnt a desk-bound role. Youll be visiting schemes, carrying out inspections, and maintaining a visible presence in our communities.
