Our relief contracts really give you flexibility; you tell us when you’re available and we’ll look to give you shifts to fit. Shift patterns for this role include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, public holidays and sleepovers.
About the role
You’ll be joining a small, friendly team who supports an amazing gentleman who has Autism and lives in his own home. You’ll provide support with all aspects of daily living including cooking, meal planning, housework, finances, prompts with medication and shopping. This gentleman is very active, so we will also need you to be enthusiastic and creative about supporting him with his hobbies and interests which include exploring outdoors, walking and going for drives in his car.
Our relief colleagues play an incredibly important role within our teams. As a relief colleague, you will step in to make sure that we still provide excellent care and support during times of annual leave, training or absence.
About you
You don’t need experience or qualifications to start your career with us. We recruit on values and transferrable skills and have our own Training Academy that will give you all the practical skills you’ll need. We’ll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration and PVG fees too!

Hiring & Legal Information
Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy. We will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
