This is a brand-new role for an experienced Business Analyst with experience of HR systems implementations to join a dynamic and high-profile Non-Profit organisation as they expand their technology division. They are dedicated to making a positive difference and fully appreciate that efficiently utilising technology is crucial in achieving their goals. The individual in this role will be asked to: Analyse the function of the business or departments to determine how they operate and determine their needs, objectives, and goals. Capture detailed requirements and specifications. Identify issues with current systems or processes Design potential solutions to any issues Utilise data modelling techniques to identify ways the organisation can operate more effectively. Prepare and deliver reports of findings. Create business requirement documents, process flow diagrams, statements of work, etc. Develop comprehensive end-to-end test cases Oversee the implementation of all approved process improvements. Monitor and oversee internal and external service providers Deliver training and workshops on proposed changes. Align with IT colleagues regarding ERP, CRM, Infrastructure, Operations, and others, to support analysis of cross-functional (business) processes. And should have experience of: High level stakeholder management Indepth requirements gathering Documenting both technical and business processes HRIS, HR or HCM Enterprise Systems.
