Early Years Teaching Assistant – Bournemouth

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Bournemouth from September 2025.

Your Role
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support children in their learning and personal development throughout the day.
* Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging activities that encourage curiosity and play-based learning.
* Provide one-to-one or small group support where needed.
* Help to create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Encourage independence, social interaction, and early communication skills.

* Experience working with or supporting young children (EYFS experience desirable).
* A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
* Enthusiasm for helping children develop through play and learning.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A passion for supporting children’s early development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
