My client is looking to take on an enthusiastic Customs Coordinator/Clerk/Broker to join their Customs and Transport Division and support the Customs Team to deliver clearances on time. Create Import and Export declarations through using customs software such as CDS. Prepare and submit customs declarations via CHIEF/CDS for imports and exports in compliance with UK and EU regulations. Track and monitor declaration status. Liaise with HMRC, freight forwarders, and clients to ensure timely clearance of goods and resolve any compliance or documentation issues.Requirements: Direct Customs Experience for a UK/Ireland Based Freight Forwarder, Customs Broker or Transport Company.
