Overview
Benefit is Glowing… We Mean Growing… and we are currently searching for a Part-time 22.5-hour Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in John Lewis Kingston!
As a Brow and Beauty Expert, your missions, will be as follows:
1. Sales Goals - Achieving individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products.
2. Brow services - Waxing, Tinting and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
3. Teamwork- Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met.
4. Promotions and Special Events- Supporting both in store or external events and charity events.
5. Administration- An individual daily and weekly worksheet will be completed, and where necessary you will assist with counter manager administration.
6. Hygiene and Housekeeping- You will ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.
