The role: To provide additional administration support to our busy Sales Order Processing and Accounts team.
The role will involve:
* Sales Order Processing
* Purchase Order Processing
* Meter Billing
* Purchase Ledger
* Assist with Credit Control
Qualifications and experience:
* Strong administration skills with a minimum of one years' experience
* Excellent computer literacy skills
* Good interpersonal skills to enable you to work as part of a team
* Good attention to detail
* Numeracy and keyboard skills, knowledge of MS Microsoft applications
* Knowledge or experience of XERO or SAGE would be advantageous but not essential
* Ability to work quickly and accurately
* A positive, flexible and adaptable approach to changing job role
