If you're a results-driven, seasoned Team Leader who works well under pressure and brings structure, clarity, and momentum to challenging delivery environments, look no further!
You will need excellent organizational skills to manage team capacity and support planning across projects. Most importantly, you should possess strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact, engage, and challenge senior management or even C-Suite executives when necessary to get things done. A solutions-focused manager with confidence, charisma, and excellent decision-making skills is ideal. You should stand your ground when required and take ownership of delivery, sometimes without relying solely on formal processes.
*Sector background is flexible; what matters is a proven track record in managing teams within a complex, enterprise environment.* Ideally, you will have a background in Project Management and be comfortable with tools such as Jira to track team work.
You should be confident, a natural leader and communicator, and comfortable pushing back when needed. Navigating shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and evolving business needs with confidence and control is crucial. You should demonstrate urgency, accountability, and inspire others around you.
