Salary: £17.34 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, 7:30am to 4:30pm

About the Role
As a Site Operative at FCC Environment, you will support the Site Management to ensure the site operates safely, efficiently, and complies with environmental legislation. You will also help deliver excellent service to our customers and maintain good relations with the local community.
This is a full-time position, working 5 days per week, with potential overtime with notice.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure site compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
* Safely handle the import of soil and restoration materials using mobile plant (training provided)
* Record materials via GLADIS weighbridge system and collect samples when trained
* Support maintenance and inspections of site infrastructure
* Induct visitors, contractors, and temporary labor as needed
* Assist with internal road maintenance and site operations
* Liaise with customers and report concerns to Site Management
* Maintain site tidiness and engage positively with the community
* Follow safety instructions, wear PPE, and report hazards
* Perform other duties within your training and competence
