We're looking for a Director of Sales who brings that same spark, someone curious and commercial, with a knack for turning opportunities into real results. You'll drive revenue growth with your team across all segments and work hand-in-hand with our brilliant food & beverage teams at Madera and Nest to elevate private dining, celebrations, and everything in between. This role is all about momentum, growing partnerships, shaping strategy, and keeping our story fresh. You'll turn data into direction, ideas into experiences, and collaboration into long-term success. Main Responsibilities
* Drive sales, room revenue, and occupancy, creating a direct positive impact on hotel performance and profitability.
* Create, develop and execute sales efforts, and for identifying, qualifying, and actively pursuing revenue opportunities. Generate, secure and establish new accounts, as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts.
* Conduct direct sales solicitations through phone calls, emails, direct mailings, appointments, site tours, etc.
* Solicit new potential business by expanding account base.
* Develop sales strategies to target individual markets and effectively execute these plans and actions.
* Maintain awareness of market situation and its impact on the hotel. Anticipate business needs with flexible planning.
* Negotiates local corporate and group rates and all aspects of the sales contract; Proven track record in hospitality sales leadership, ideally at regional or multi property level.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable strategy.
* Exceptional people management and team development skills.
* Excellent relationship-building and influencing capabilities.
* Commercially driven with strong understanding of revenue management and digital channels.
* Creative thinker with a dynamic and confident personality.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
