This is a busy and varied role and is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2-4 years' experience within apparel or consumer goods Merchandising. Responsibilities: Forecasting & Planning: Use sales data and trends to forecast demand, support buying decisions, and align budgets with financial targets. Stock Management: Optimise stock levels, adjust intake plans, and ensure availability across channels. Performance Analysis: Monitor sales and stock KPIs, identify best/worst sellers, and recommend actions (rebuys, markdowns, exits). Trading Support: Provide insights in weekly meetings, flag risks/opportunities, and suggest solutions.
