You'll join the existing bid team. This role will be responsible and accountable for any Bid Risk Management activities, including risk identification & assessment.
The role role will report to the Risk Discipline Lead.Day to day, you'll support the Risk Discipline lead in generating risk strategies and frameworks, developing and implementing the Project Risk Management plan. You'll also develop and implement Risk Management policies, procedures and process.Establish and implement Risk Management governance within the projectAct as the Risk Management Subject Matter Expert for bidsManage the risk outputs assurance process, including data, analysis and reportingEstablish and maintain the Project Risk register(s) and guide PMs on best practice through risk workshop facilitation and other engagement meansQRA analysis within the company's toolsets - SRA's and CRA's for the projectDevelop and assure the following: Project Risk Register; Risk data, metrics & reporting; Risk assurance reporting; Risk outputs to support commercial bid submission and variation ordersThis role is full time 37 hours and will be based at one of our locations: Rosyth, Bristol, or Plymouth. The role offers hybrid working arrangements.Essential experience of the Risk Specialist- Bids and Proposals:Relevant experience in a similar environment / business sectorExperience of designing and implementing Risk Management methodologies, processes, systems and toolsAwareness of quantitative risk analysis methodologies and/or practical experience of risk modellingFull project lifecycle experience working on complex and major projectsExperienced in various contracting methodologies (e.g.
