Description Key Responsibilities Process transfers of client portfolios (GIAs, ISAs, Pensions, and Trusts) to new providers via paper-based instructions and the Altus Transfer Gateway/Equisoft. Instruct Unit Trust, CREST, and overseas transfers, and follow up to ensure timely settlement. Process cash payments accurately and promptly. Communicate effectively with new providers and internal teams (Investment Managers, Assistants, and other departments) via email and telephone. Monitor the progress of each transfer using tracking tools, ensuring residual income is paid away and accounts are closed with zero balance. Manage relevant mailboxes and respond to transfer-out queries in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications & Experience Educated to A-Level or equivalent. Knowledge or experience with tax-wrapped products is advantageous but not essential. Previous experience in a Wealth Management environment is desirable but not required. Skills & Knowledge Understanding of Custody and Transfer-Out Administration. Familiarity with Altus Transfer Gateway systems. Awareness of CASS rules and Anti-Money Laundering regulations. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Ability to manage seasonal workloads and meet strict deadlines. Proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team. Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
