* Senior Management Surveyor | Client Side | Prime Central London Estate

* Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + comprehensive package
We are instructed on a confidential, senior client side appointment for a highly regarded Central London estate.
The business is undergoing a significant period of positive change, with a recent senior level restructure and a number of impressive hires. This role is a key part of that evolution, helping drive the next phase of growth and performance.
This is not a steady state property management role. It is a project driven position, offering the opportunity to shape processes, drive change and contribute to a wider transformation programme across the estate.
Role overview
* Lead the day to day management of a prime mixed use estate including office, retail, leisure, F&B, & hotel with oversight of the Residential team.
* Manage and develop an in house team, alongside oversight of managing agents
* Partner closely with Asset Management and senior stakeholders to drive performance
* Take ownership of service charge budgets, financial performance and operational delivery
* Oversee compliance, ESG initiatives and asset standards
* Support refurbishment, capex and wider asset management initiatives

Candidate profile
* Associate Director to Director level, or already operating client side at a senior level
* Strong commercial property management experience, ideally across mixed use portfolios
* Proven leadership experience managing teams and or agents
* Commercially astute, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
