The postholder is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Director of Education such that they can perform their role effectively. The postholder will also be responsible for the day to day running of the Maiden Erlegh Institute and will be the main point of contact for a range of stakeholders. They will provide efficient and effective administrative support and coordination to Maiden Erlegh Institute and the MET administration team as instructed by the Director of People Development and Executive Assistant to the CEO. The postholder will also provide administrative support to the other members of Trust SLG (Education) when required. Additionally, the postholder will, as a key member of the Trusts' Administrative team, undertake and lead on a broad range of important administrative tasks that supports the effective running of the Trust.
Responsibilities
* Provide an exceptional level of support to the Director of Education and Educational Directors of Maiden Erlegh Trust as required
* Provide a full range of administrative support to ensure the continued success of the Maiden Erlegh Institute
* Support the broader administrative requirements of Maiden Erlegh Trust as a key member of the Administration team
