Overview
Retail Team Leader role with salary £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + £290 car allowance per month. Location: Falkirk.
Access to wages from 3-7 days after shift completion. Immediate Start. Holiday Pay.
As a Retail Shift Leader, you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end to end stock taking service while on our client's sites. Flexible availability is required as shift lengths may vary and you will travel to a different client site each day. You may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.
Responsibilities
* Manage teams of up to 60 stock counters and deliver end to end stock taking service on client sites.
* Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed.
* Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites.
* Complete stock counts accurately and within the given time frame.
* Monitor and improve team productivity where possible.
Work Schedule
* Days: Monday - Sunday (5 in 7 day working shift pattern).
* Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts.
* Location: Falkirk and varied client sites; travel may be required; some sites may require away-from-home stays.

* A Full Driving License.
* Outstanding customer service skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
* Basic IT skills.
* Ability to remain focused under pressure.
* Time management and ability to work without immediate supervision.
* Willingness and ability to travel.
Additional Information
Please note that work will require prolonged periods of standing and some use of step stools and ladders. Some sites are warehouses or large retail premises where you may need to access ground and high level stock.
This role involves unsociable hours, including early mornings or night shifts. We are unable to hire anyone under 18 years of age.
