Teaching & Learning Manager - Creative and Digital industries

Hours: 39 hours per week to be worked in accordance with the requirements of the role

Salary: Up to £45,100 based on experience

We are seeking a dynamic and forward‑thinking Teaching and Learning Manager to lead our high‑performing Creative Industries and Digital team. This is a unique opportunity to build on strong foundations and shape the future of a thriving curriculum area, with exciting scope to expand into adult learning and Higher Education provision.


About the Role

As Teaching and Learning Manager, you will:

* Lead and inspire staff to deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment.
* Design, develop and review innovative programmes across FE, work‑based learning, and commercial provision.
* Ensure all learners receive inclusive, high‑quality education that supports achievement, progression, and positive outcomes.
* Drive high standards and continuous improvement across the curriculum.
* Play a pivotal role in expanding our offer, particularly into adult and higher‑level pathways.

You’ll have experience of delivering excellent outcomes for learners and the skills to work with staff and stakeholders to keep our curriculum current, ambitious and industry‑relevant.
