A well‑established Microsoft Partner is looking for a Lead Business Central Consultant to take ownership of full‑lifecycle Business Central projects across manufacturing and distribution clients. If you love combining functional expertise with leadership, this one’s for you.


⭐ What you'll be doing

* Leading end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
* Designing solution architecture and overseeing functional delivery
* Working closely with customers to understand their business objectives
* Delegating tasks, mentoring junior consultants & supporting continuous improvement
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction


⭐ What you’ll bring

* Strong experience delivering full lifecycle Business Central projects
* Background in project planning, budgeting & resource management
* Experience in a Microsoft Partner / consultancy environment (desirable)
* Deep knowledge of Business Central — ideally in manufacturing & distribution
* Excellent communication skills, stakeholder confidence & a collaborative mindset
* A proactive, solutions‑driven approach
