We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant/ Audio Typist who really enjoys a traditional role.

Supporting the busy Managers and Partners of the office, your role will see you supporting them in a fast paced and dynamic role, you'll find that this role will provide a high level of involvement and responsibility.
As an Admin Assistant/ Audio Typist, you will be responsible for:
* Audio typing
* Organisation and administration of diary and other related matters
* Liaising with managers and other members of staff regarding meetings and related matters
* Sending documents via Adobe E-Sign
* Amendments to letters, meeting minutes, Excel spreadsheet etc.
* Printing of various documents
* Scanning of various documents
* Other admin related duties
Key requirements:
* Previous Admin Assistant experience
* Minimum typing speed of 60 - 70 wpm
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident and articulate manner
* Ability to work with senior staff with the ability to always show tact and diplomacy
* Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £28,000
