My client is looking for a Financial Services savvy professional to join them as a Trainee Technical Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience in holistic financial planning as an administrator and is eager to further their career.

My client's offices are located just outside of the city centre to the east of Norwich. They are a close-knit, friendly, and supportive team with excellent staff retention.
Role Details
This role has arisen to provide additional adviser support. The starting salary is £32,500 plus benefits including a company pension, death in service policy, and other perks.
Job Type and Training
Full-time, Permanent position. The Trainee Technical Advisory Support role involves shadowing the current Compliance & Training Manager. The training period is expected to last 12-15 months, after which, subject to satisfactory progress, the role will transition to a Technical Advisory Support position.
Responsibilities
1. Prepare suitability reports and letters
2. Develop Key Features Illustrations and application preparations
3. Provide suitability advice, support, and guidance to advisers pre-sale
4. Assist in Post Retirement Cashflow Modelling using the SelectaPension system
5. Assist with Pension Transfers using the SelectaPension system
6. Utilize Financial Express Analytics for Portfolio Construction
7. Rebalance portfolios through fund transactions
8. Understand and use the Finametrica Risk Profiling system
9. Contribute to monthly Market Commentary
10. Coordinate Quarterly Company Meetings
11. Serve as the main contact for investment and insurance firm representatives
12. Assist in client tax planning
Full training will be provided through on-the-job learning, courses, seminars, and support for CII examinations, including study materials, exam fees, and study leave. Additional structured study leave may be allocated weekly or bi-weekly.
Key Skills
* Technical knowledge of financial products and tax wrappers
* Desirable: Understanding of compliance processes within an IFA practice
