Day-to-day duties of the role:
* Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals including within care homes and health & fitness facilities.
* Facilitate communication through various platforms, including WhatsApp groups.
* Identify and establish alternative revenue streams
* Collaborate with consultants to implement targeted growth strategies.
* Train and develop staff to broaden capabilities.
* Manage and update customer databases.
* Organise events and client days
* Support miscellaneous tasks and projects as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Significant experience in a relevant sector or industry.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Strong influencing, persuasion, and motivational skills.
* High commercial acumen and personal motivation.
* Ability to work well under pressure, earning trust and respect from colleagues.
* Innovative and flexible approach to problem-solving.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience in primary and/or secondary care.
* Postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject.
