We are looking for a capable, emotionally intelligent and people-oriented finance leader who enjoys developing teams, building relationships and supporting positive change.
The Role
Reporting to the CEO and and supported by a fractional FD, the Head of Finance will lead the day-to-day finance operation and support the wider organisation through a period of continued development and transformation.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Leadership and development of the finance team
Management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
Financial controls, governance and compliance
Business partnering across the organisation
Supporting systems and process improvement
Helping colleagues navigate change with clarity and care
About You
A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
An understanding of financial strategies in the charity or not-for-profit sector.
Strong operational finance experience
A collaborative and supportive leadership style
The ability to communicate clearly with financial and non-financial stakeholders
A genuine commitment to inclusion, development and continuous improvement
