Role Overview As a Sales Valuer/Lister, you will play a key role in supporting our property sales operations by providing accurate valuations and preparing property listings that attract potential buyers. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive property valuations in line with current market trends and regulatory standards. Prepare detailed sales listings including descriptions, photographs, and marketing materials. Provide professional advice on property pricing, market conditions, and sales strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property markets in Royston and surrounding Hertfordshire areas. Attend property viewings and inspections as required. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Valuer or Sales Lister within the Property industry.
