We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Sales Valuer/Lister to join our dynamic team in Royston, Hertfordshire. This role is pivotal to our continued success and growth within the local market. Role Overview As a Sales Valuer/Lister, you will play a key role in supporting our property sales operations by providing accurate valuations and preparing property listings that attract potential buyers. Your expertise will ensure our clients receive reliable advice and market-competitive pricing, helping to drive successful sales outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive property valuations in line with current market trends and regulatory standards. Prepare detailed sales listings including descriptions, photographs, and marketing materials. Liaise directly with property owners and prospective buyers to facilitate smooth communication throughout the sales process. Provide professional advice on property pricing, market conditions, and sales strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property markets in Royston and surrounding Hertfordshire areas. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance property visibility and maximise sales opportunities. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies. Attend property viewings and inspections as required. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Valuer or Sales Lister within the Property industry. Strong understanding of property market dynamics in Hertfordshire and the wider UK. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to analyse market data and provide accurate valuation reports. Organised and able to manage multiple property listings simultaneously.
