Responsibilities
As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for
* Communicating with suppliers
* Bank reconciliations and cash fund monitoring
* Credit card expense processing and validation
* Assisting with monthly balance sheet reconciliaitions
* Assist with prepayments and the fixed asset register
* Support with monthly management accounts
Requirements
As a Finance Assistant, you will need
* A few years experience in finance would be advantageous
* Strong numerical ability
* Proficient IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
* Motivated, proactive and driven
* Strong team player, with the initiative to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
