Part of London + Regional Hotels, The Lensbury Resort is located on the Banks of the River Thames at Teddington and is home to an exclusive leisure club, a 155 bedroom hotel, meeting and events space, restaurant and bar, Spa and 25 acres of gardens and grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and tidy all assigned areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
* Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities
* Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
* Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
* Clean and sanitize bathrooms
* Empty trash and replace garbage bags
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
* Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety
* Assist with Housekeeping duties in public areas, e.g. general cleaning of function rooms, ground floor public areas such as lounges, etc.
What we are looking for?
* Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred
* Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
* Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
* Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
