Senior Project Engineer (2 years FTC) role will be part of our Engineering Shared Services team and will look to deliver key strategic initiatives across our Advanced Wound Management portfolio; you will lead complex change initiatives, collaborate and guide cross-functional teams and our external partners to deliver results and quality - the role will focus on driving productivity improvements across our global network.
What you will be doing?
* Leading the development and implementation of key strategic projects across our portfolio of products & manufacturing sites.
* Managing complex changes through the change control process while ensuring regulatory compliance and documentation quality.
* Develop a robust platform to deliver product value, executing projects to achieve business benefit.
* Delivering key project updates to senior stakeholders to ensure our productivity commitments are delivered.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role means being a trusted technical leader who thrives in a regulated environment and knows how to bring people together to achieve results. You'll need:
* A degree in Engineering or Science
* At least 5 years' experience in a science, technical, engineering, or project management role, ideally with knowledge of GMP, ISO9001, and ISO1348
* Demonstrated project management experience
* Proven ability to manage change and deliver projects on time and within budget
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience managing stakeholders including external suppliers and manufacturing operations
