Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clothing Technologist based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Clothing Technologist will oversee the technical aspects of garment production, including fabric testing and selection, ensuring quality control processes, and managing fitting sessions. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to align designs with construction standards, assessing garment fit and performance, and identifying solutions to optimize garment quality. Attention to detail and adherence to production timelines are essential for success in this role.

* Strong knowledge of textiles and fabric properties
* Expertise in quality control processes and standards
* Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
* Problem-solving aptitude with a keen eye for detail and accuracy

* Experience with pattern-making or CAD software is advantageous
