This role is critical to our success as we scale our operations and work towards achieving our strategic goals. The Strategic Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the EMEA VP and Leadership team, coordinating with various teams, tracking progress towards goals and KPIs, and supporting communications. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, be highly analytical, detail oriented and organised. If you’re looking to build something great and to be part of one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley, then come join us WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE Provide support for the EMEA VP with preparation for Leadership team meetings, cadence, tracking of actions and following up on actions. Manage logistics for the Sales Leaders (i.e. schedule meetings cross functionally and across geographies, coordinate events, research a special project, whatever comes your way) Arrange domestic and international travel Arranging regular calls and team meetings; including managing all pre-read material, attending & capturing meeting minutes, following up on outstanding actions, budget and relevant PO Management Manage expense report submissions for executives and checking of team members reports Coordinate general administrative and organizational matters, e.g. managing/organizing team shared drive/folders & content; supporting new hires; team holiday tracker; updating organisational charts Compose and edit correspondence on behalf of the executives Gather data from a variety of sources for inclusion in reports and presentations Interpret and relay company policy information; keep VP's informed of any deviation on items that may require personal attention and approval Act as a liaison between various executive teams Handle confidential material meaningful to company operations Complete a variety of special projects including creating presentations, spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or VP's as needed WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience Thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment Must be driven and willing to pitch in wherever needed At least 6 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role Demonstrated ability to prioritise and complete projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail Experience with Gmail/G-calendar, Google suite, Marketo, Salesforce, and Concur a plus Strong experience in project and process management Coaching and advisory capabilities Well organised and ability to manage multiple executives across U.S and EMEA time zones Outstanding interpersonal skills Discrete and confidential nature (maintains confidentiality) Outstanding high level written and verbal communication skills Able to collaborate with high-level internal and external contacts Motivated to tackle new projects and ideas A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships Resourceful, can-do attitude Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment LI-HYBRID
